This plugin allows you to send WhatsApp messages for digital marketing using message templates
and contact lists from Excel or Google Sheets. It includes a credit recharge system and license key
validation. Below is the complete guide to using this plugin.
1. License & Activation
• Upon first installation, a unique license key is auto-generated.
• The plugin will prompt for license activation before other features work.
• Admin must manually activate the license from the dashboard.
• One license per site (multisite compatible).
2. Settings
• Go to ‘Settings’ tab in the plugin dashboard.
• Fill in your WhatsApp API URL (required to send messages).
• Add default sender name and country code.
• Click ‘Save Settings’ to apply changes.
3. Message Templates
• Navigate to ‘Templates’ tab.
• Click ‘Add New Template’.
• Use tags like {name} to personalize messages.
• Save templates for use in the message sender.
4. Contact Upload (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Go to ‘Contacts’ tab.
• Upload Excel (.xlsx or .csv) file or enter Google Sheet public URL.
• Required columns: Name, WhatsApp Number.
• Click ‘Import Contacts’ to store in plugin database.
5. Send Messages
• Select ‘Send Messages’ tab.
• Choose a saved message template.
• Select a contact group.
• Review message preview and total recipients.
• Click ‘Send’. n1 will be deducted for every 10 messages sent.
• The system checks for sufficient balance before sending.
6. Recharge Wallet
• Admins can recharge from the ‘Recharge’ tab.
• Enter recharge amount (e.g., n50 = 500 messages).
• Balance is shown on the dashboard and auto-reduces on message send.
7. Reports & Logs
• Visit the ‘Reports’ tab to see message logs.
• Each log includes: date, recipients, message template, and credit used.
• Option to export logs to Excel for analysis.
8. Plugin Updates
• Check for plugin version and changelogs in the ‘Updates’ tab.
• You can upload a new plugin version from here to manually update.
9. Admin Tools (License Generator)
• Admin can view and manage all license keys.
• Each WordPress install creates a unique key stored in the database.
• Keys can be validated or deactivated manually by admin.
• Prevents unauthorized usage across other domains.o.
